Return policy

You can return the garment  as long as the following conditions are met.

1. Contact us by email if you wish to return or exchange.
2. The item needs to be accompanied by its tag and original packaging
3. The item should not be worn other than for trying on purposes.
4. Strictly return the item within 7 days of receipt.
5. Don't wash or alter the item in any way. ( Note - we handle these items every day and can tell if they have been washed / cleaned / repaired )
6. The item must be totally clean like when received ( no marking, holes, rips, dirt etc )
7. Please add your full name and the order number with the returned item.. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing the return/exchange
   
8. No postage refunds for returned items where the customer chooses to return the item.
9. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Cancelling sales

Although this is very rare, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any transactions for any reason.  These reasons may include sales to unstable countries, fraudulent activity, abuse, post sale haggling etc.
